Using our letter forwarding service will save you months in communicating with all the women on our web site. You can send a letter to any lady from To Be Agency. Moreover we will translate and deliver the letter to the lady even if she is not listed with us. Why to correspond via To Be Agency? We have individual approach to the process itself. Your letter will be accepted by the postmaster of To Be Agency, translated into Russian (if your lady doesn't speak English) and delivered to the lady by courier within 2 days. The lady's reply will be translated into English and forwarded to you within 2 days. If you want you can also send pictures of yours. We print them and deliver to the lady along with the letter. The cost of one letter with translation and with one picture is 10$. If your lady speaks English and can translate the letter herself the cost of the letter will be 5$. Some men prefer to use regular post or private e-mail to correspond with the ladies. When you send the letter by regular post it usually takes your lady about 15 days to receive it and it takes you about 30 days to get the reply. And you are lucky if the letter is finally received by the lady because letters often get lost at post. Thanks to To Be Agency you can easily exchange letters and photos for reasonable price.
How it is organized
First you set up your account. Secondly you type the letter you want to be forwarded to the lady and send it to us at office@tobealways.net. In the subject line of your e-mail you write your lady's first and last name and her ID. On the top of the letter please write your name, your address, your lady's name and her address. You attach the pictures you want to be sent with your letter. As soon as we receive your letter, we translate it (if needed), print it, print the pictures and deliver to the lady. After the lady receives your letter she can send you an email letter as a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home address by regular postal mail. (Most women cannot afford to pay the email forwarding costs but if you want to pay them for her you may do so, just be sure to let us know if you want to do this).
If you would like the same letter to be sent to several women please write all their names and numbers in the subject section or at the top of the letter and we will charge you $10.00 per woman. Don't forget to let us know if you want the return service.
Please, send the pictures in jpg format and keep the file size below 100kb.
If you decide that you would like to use this service now or in the future here is all you have to do. Send us some money to place in account for you, the amount can be anything that you want, but we recommend a minimum of $25 to start with. Each time that we send a letter for you we will deduct the charges from your account. When the account is low or empty you can send us whatever additional funds that you would like to replenish the account with. If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit the remaining balance (if any) to you to be used for any of our other services. Most men find that this is well worth the cost especially when you consider the time savings and the poor mail service that most of the Ukrainian postal services have to offer.
