Letter Forwarding and Translation Service
Using our letter forwarding service will save you months in communicating with all the women on our web site. You can send a letter to any lady from To Be Agency. Moreover we will translate and deliver the letter to the lady even if she is not listed with us. Why to correspond via To Be Agency? We have individual approach to the process itself. When you send the letter by regular post it usually takes your lady about 15 days to receive it and it takes you about 30 days to get the reply. And you are lucky if the letter is finally received by the lady because letters often get lost at post. Thanks to To Be Agency you can easily exchange letters and photos for reasonable price.
How it is organized
1. Type the letter you want to be forwarded to the lady and send it to us at office@tobealways.net. In the subject line of your e-mail you write your lady's first name and her ID. If she is not registered with us on the top of the letter please write your name, your address, your lady's name and her address. You can attach the pictures you want to be sent with your letter (in jpg format and keep the file size below 100kb).
Please note: In accordance with the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act of 2005, United States citizens should fill in additional questionnaire in order to send a letter to a lady.
2. As soon as we receive your letter, we translate it into Russian (if your lady doesn't speak English and you order this service) and deliver it to the lady within 2 days. The cost of one letter without translation is 5$; the cost of one letter with translation and with one photo is 10$, if you want to send more than one picture with your letter, do not forget to pay 2$ more per each picture.
Please note: that there is a limit of the translated words in your letter. The charge 10$ per translated letter concerns letters having not more than 600 words. If your letter consists of more than 600 words, be sure to pay extra 5$ for the translation of another 600 words.
Note, we do not use computer software to translate letters because, as you already know, computers do a very poor job of translating the correct meaning of the Russian language.
3. After the lady receives your letter she can send you an email letter as a reply by herself or using the same procedure in reverse (just be sure to let us know if you want to do this and we will tell you what is the charge).
Valuable suggestion! If you know that you are going to exchange several letters with one or many ladies we can offer you unlimited letter forwarding. The cost of this service is 100$ per month. That includes all the letters from you and all the replies from the ladies, their translation and photos. If you are planning to correspond with several ladies, our valuable suggestion will be useful and money saving for you.
